Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Operations Executive (AOE) to support the day-to-day operations of our cleaning services. The ideal candidate will assist in managing cleaning teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining client satisfaction, and supporting logistical and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Operations Executive/Manager in planning and organizing daily cleaning schedules.
  • Attached to projects size of 1-6 headcount
  • Coordinate with cleaning supervisors and staff to ensure timely execution of jobs.
  • Monitor site operations to ensure service quality and adherence to company standards.
  • Assist with manpower deployment and rostering.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are available and in good working condition.
  • Conduct site visits and audits to monitor performance and address any issues.
  • Liaise with clients for feedback and handle basic service issues or complaints.
  • Maintain operational records including attendance, job sheets, inventory, asset management etc.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of cleaning staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Report daily progress and operational challenges to Operations Executive/Manager.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations, cleaning services, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment, techniques, and safety procedures.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, email).
  • Willingness to travel between sites and work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
