A church organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead full-suite HR operations. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end HR lifecycle, overseeing recruitment, performance management, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR management, employee relations, and policy implementation, along with experience in managing HR teams. • Full-Suite HR Management
Manage and execute the end-to-end HR lifecycle, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and offboarding.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in alignment with church governance and best practices.
Serve as the primary HR advisor to church leadership on all people-related matters.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for pastoral, ministry, and administrative roles.
Partner with ministry leaders to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
Oversee onboarding and orientation programmed to integrate new staff into the church culture.
Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary processes, performance improvement plans, and conflict resolution.
Oversee the performance management framework, including goal setting, appraisals, and career development discussions.
Provide coaching and guidance to supervisors and ministry leaders on people management matters.
Manage salary structures, benefits administration, leave management, and annual salary reviews in accordance with church policies and budgets.
Work closely with Finance and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of employee records.
Manage and maintain HR information systems and employee databases.
Leverage HR Infotech systems to streamline HR processes, reporting, and record management.
Support system improvements, digitalization, and data accuracy across HR operations.
Experience with Infotech or similar HR systems will be an advantage.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, and applicable church governance requirements.
Manage audits, statutory reporting, and documentation as required.
Ensure confidentiality and proper data protection of HR records.
Manage and supervise one HR/Admin personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
Allocate and oversee administrative tasks to ensure efficient HR operations and service delivery.
Foster a collaborative and supportive HR function.
