Job description
Accounting & Finance
  • Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation)
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
  • Handle cash flow management, invoicing, and payments.
  • Maintain proper financial records and internal controls.
  • Oversee invoicing, collections, and credit control
  • Ensure timely processing of supplier invoices and payments
  • Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue receivables3
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and authorities
  • Coordinate internal and external audits
  • Maintain and improve internal control systems and accounting procedures
  • Address audit findings and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP)
  • Handle GST/VAT submissions, corporate tax filings, and withholding tax
  • Coordinate with tax agents and auditors for statutory submissions
  • Ensure timely compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
Human Resources
  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Handle payroll processing, CPF submissions, and employee benefits.
  • Administer leave, attendance, and HR records.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and MOM regulations
  • Support performance appraisal and staff development processes.
  • Others duties might be assigned by company or head of Finance & HR
