Job description

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and retention, employee compensation and benefits management, training & development, staff engagement activities, employment contract matters, work pass processes and employee relations/welfare etc.
• Provide HR Business partnering support to the various Business Leaders
• Handle the full cycle of employee life cycle including onboarding, application, renewals and cancellation of work pass and offboarding
• Take lead in compensation and benefits strategy and matters
• Administer payroll processing on bi-monthly basis
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource or any related field
• At least 8 years of relevant experience
• Candidates with experience in Compensation and Benefits function and in healthcare/ community care industries would have added advantages
• Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
• Dynamic, meticulous, hands-on and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
