We are looking for a proactive and strategic Assistant HR Manager to join our team in the tech sector, with a focus on asset management. This role oversees the full spectrum of HR functions while supporting teams handling high-value technical assets, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead HR operations for the company, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Partner with technical and asset management teams to understand workforce requirements and implement HR solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Review and update company policies and employee handbook to ensure compliance with labor laws and tech industry best practices.
  • Manage payroll processing, employment contracts, terminations, and HR documentation.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for talent retention and employee engagement.
  • Coordinate company-wide activities and programs that promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Liaise with insurers, brokers, and vendors for group medical and general insurance.
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits, ensuring competitiveness within the tech and asset management space.
  • Handle ad-hoc HR projects as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum5-8 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within tech or asset-intensive organizations.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR systems, payroll, and employment regulations.
