Job summary
A leading pharmaceutical company in Singapore is seeking a Project Asset Care Lead responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment. The role involves developing maintenance strategies, leading investigations into equipment failures, and managing qualification activities. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of relevant experience. This on-site role offers the opportunity to drive continuous improvement and collaborate across teams to enhance equipment performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in equipment maintenance and reliability.
- Understanding of industrial standards, GMP, and EHS requirements.
- Experience in equipment validation and qualification processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies for equipment reliability.
- Lead investigations into equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Manage asset criticality ranking and deploy associated actions.
