Management Assistant jobs in Singapore

This is a 1 year contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth communication between HODs and senior management.
• Manage the MD’s calendar, emails, travel arrangements, and correspondence with strong attention to detail.
• Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders
• Organize and prepare for meetings, including agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-ups.
• Handle confidential information professionally and support project tracking, reporting, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
