A property management company in Singapore is seeking a Property Management Assistant. This part-time role involves providing administrative support, managing tenant relations, and coordinating property maintenance tasks. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a customer service orientation, even if they lack experience, as training will be provided. The position requires working once a week for 3-4 hours per day.
A Property Management Assistant supports the Property Manager by handling administrative, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination tasks. Key responsibilities include answering enquiry calls, scheduling periodic maintenance tasks & repairs which often include strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and proficiency in property management processes.
Part Time position: works once a week, 3 -4 hours a day
