Introduction:
We are an innovative EdTech company on a mission to revolutionize children’s learning experiences. With our subscription-based platform, we aim to provide engaging and impactful tools for young learners worldwide. We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Management Associate / CEO Executive Assistant to partner closely with our CEO in driving strategic initiatives and managing day-to-day operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure to various facets of our EdTech startup, including AI-driven projects, talent acquisition, strategic partnerships, and new business development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Initiatives:
· Collaborate with the CEO on AI-related projects, from conceptualization to execution.
· Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships and business expansion.
· Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide strategies.
• Talent Acquisition:
· Support the recruitment process by identifying talent needs, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
· Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.
• Operational Support:
· Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and communications to ensure optimal efficiency.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
· Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Communication:
· Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
· Draft and review communications on behalf of the CEO.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2–4 years in a strategic, operational, or executive support role.
Skills:
· Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
· Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and unstructured problems.
· Tech-savvy with a keen interest in AI and emerging technologies.
