A multinational corporation in the hospitality sector is seeking an experienced Assistant Director, HR in Singapore. This role focuses on partnering with regional operations to develop HR strategies that foster business growth and enhance workforce excellence. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of HR experience with significant exposure to senior HR functions in Asia. They are currently looking to bring onboard an Assistant Director, HR to partner with regional operations across Singapore and Asia, driving people strategies that support business growth and workforce excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into impactful HR initiatives.
  • Lead talent acquisition for mid‑to‑senior roles and support employer branding efforts.
  • Provide insights on workforce planning, headcount, and people metrics to guide decision‑making.
  • Foster employee engagement, positive workplace relations, and a strong employee experience.
  • Support performance management, succession planning, and talent development strategies.
  • Guide compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring competitiveness, fairness, and compliance.
  • Review and implement HR policies aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; HR certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with senior HR Business Partner exposure in Singapore/Asia.
  • Strong experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, and local employment regulations.
  • Working understanding of compensation & benefits and HR budgeting.
  • Commercial acumen, strong analytical skills, and proven stakeholder management capabilities.
