Job summary

A healthcare startup in Singapore is seeking a responsible Admin Assistant to support daily operations. The role includes handling clerical duties, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and performing ad-hoc tasks. Candidates should have a minimum of a Secondary/ITE/Diploma qualification and be fluent in English and Chinese. Training will be provided for those without prior experience. Job Scope

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Admin Assistant to support our daily operations and administrative work. Training will be provided. Candidates who are willing to learn and grow together with the company are welcome.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily administrative and clerical duties
  • Filing, documentation, and data entry
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and messages
  • Assist with invoices, quotations, and basic paperwork
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal staff
  • Support management with day-to-day operational tasks
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements / Criteria
  • Minimum Secondary / ITE / Diploma qualification
  • No prior experience required – training will be provided
  • Willing to learn, take instructions, and improve
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
  • Good attitude, responsible, organized, and punctual
  • Must be fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written), as the role involves frequent communication with Chinese-speaking suppliers, clients, and management
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 6.00pm
  • Occasional overtime when required (included in salary package)
