Job summary

An HR recruitment firm in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Assistant Manager for their construction division. The role involves handling recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement, requiring at least 6 years of HR experience in related industries. Candidates should have a degree in HRM or a related field and strong knowledge of local labor laws. This permanent position offers a competitive salary and a performance bonus, with working hours from 9:00 am to 5:45 pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or EPC industries.
  • Strong hands-on experience in building and implementing HR processes.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore labour laws, CPF, MOM processes, and Fair Consideration Framework (FCF).

Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding.
  • Assist manpower planning and hiring coordination with management and project teams.
  • Administer performance management processes: appraisals, goal tracking, reviews, and talent data support.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, certifications, and training records.
  • Support employee engagement activities, internal communications, and HR policy administration.
  • Maintain HR systems (HRMS), employee records, and prepare basic HR reports and metrics.
  • Provide office and administrative support: facilities, IT coordination, digital tools, and basic branding updates.
  • Assist payroll processing, benefits administration, work pass management, and statutory compliance (CPF, IRAS, MOM).

  • Salary: Up to $5300 + Performance Bonus
