Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for an HR Executive to oversee full HR operations. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with local laws, and driving initiatives for a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of HR experience and a Diploma in Human Resource Development. This role offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

Working Days: Monday-Friday, 5 days
Working hours: 8:30am - 6:15pm
Salary: $3500-$4000
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage the full spectrum of HR operations, focusing on HR processes, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, and serving as the first point of contact for employee relations
- Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with departmental goals.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance management, and offboarding
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and handle work pass applications and renewals.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues and grievances professionally.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee retention and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly manpower and wellness reports.
- Support annual performance appraisals and contribute to various HR projects.
- Assist in employee engagement programs, welfare activities, and company events.
- Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Development or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years' comprehensive HR functions
- Prior experience with Info-Tech HR software isanadvantage.
