About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive HR Executive for an ACMV/M&E company in the construction industry to support the Assistant HR Manager in managing end-to-end HR, payroll, and administrative functions. This role ensures smooth recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, compliance management, and regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist in managing recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and work pass applications.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding formalities, medical check-ups, and issuance of appointment letters.
  • Coordinate with IT for employee equipment and account setup.
2. Payroll & Benefits
  • Support payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance.
  • Prepare and file CPF, IR21, IR8A, and other tax-related documents.
3. HR Systems & Records
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR Portal.
  • Process government-related claims such as maternity, paternity, childcare, NSmen claims.
4. Compliance & Regulatory Reporting
  • Assist in managing WICA and FWMI renewals.
  • Prepare HR audit documentation and support compliance checks for foreign workers.
  • Assist with monthly regulatory submissions, including MOM, IMDA, OED reports, and other statutory surveys.
5. HR Administration & Communications
  • Generate HR reports (e.g., overtime, medical claims), draft policies, and manage internal communications.
  • Maintain organization charts, contact lists, and support staff surveys.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating company events, such as team-building activities, annual dinners, and employee engagement programs.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of HR generalist or administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF, and tax regulations.
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting (MOM, IMDA, OED) is a plus.
