Job summary

A leading HR services provider in Singapore is looking for an HR Admin Executive to support HR operations and assist in recruitment, onboarding, and compliance with local regulations. The candidate should have a diploma or degree in a related field and at least one year of HR experience. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and excellent communication skills are essential. This role offers a chance to contribute to HR policies and development while being part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a generalist HR function, preferably in Singapore.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Synergix is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Synergix payroll is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support full spectrum of HR operational duties.
  • Handle end to end recruitment including job postings and interviews.
  • Update and implement HR Policies, Procedures, and Employee handbook.

Skills

Job description
Description of the Role

The HR Admin Executive supports the full spectrum of HR operational duties. He/she assists the Head of Department in the development and implementation of strategic HR policies and initiatives. The role also includes handling general office administrative tasks to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Handle end to end recruitment including job postings, interviews, offer issuance, etc.
  • Prepare Letters of Appointment, onboarding documents, and facilitate integration of new hires
  • Administration of work pass / EP / SP (application, renewal and cancellation, appeal etc.) and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Documentation and Policy
  • Update and implement HR Policies, Procedures, and Employee handbook in alignment with local legislation and compliance
Compensation & Benefits
  • Assist in formulating salary, compensation, and benefits plan by collecting and preparing data for market analysis, benchmarking, and surveys.
Learning & Development
  • Identify individual's gaps in knowledge and skills
  • Identify individual learning needs and develop a training plan in consultation with HODs
Performance and Rewards
  • Establish a transparent and fair reward system to encourage better performance.
  • Manage and coordinate the yearly performance management process.
  • Maintain Employee Handbook to ensure its continued relevance in market place competitiveness and within Company costs
Administrative duties
  • Administrative support responsibilities include managing day to day tasks, office supplies, equipment, mail, and other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by department heads or managers
  • Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Departments or managers.
Requirements
Education
>
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, human resource management or in a related field is preferred
  • Experience & Skills
    • At least 1 year of experience in a generalist HR function, preferably in Singapore.
    • Strong knowledge of local employment legislation, CPF Act, and MOM practices.
    • Prior exposure to setting up or improving HR systems/processes.
    • Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms such as Synergix is advantageous.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact with diverse employee groups.
    • Familiarity with Synergix payroll is a plus
