Job summary
A leading recruiting firm in Singapore seeks an experienced researcher to partner with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include developing research methodologies and generating insights to shape product strategies. Ideal candidates have a MA/MS/PhD and over 5 years of experience in applied product research, with strong qualitative and quantitative skills.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in applied product research.
- Previous experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally with teams to identify research questions.
- Develop and execute research studies.
- Communicate results and illustrate suggestions creatively.

Location: Cityhall
Working Hours: Office Hours
Duration: 9-12 months contract (convertible to perm)
- Partner cross-functionally with product management, design, content strategy, data science, and engineering to identify important research questions
- Collaboratively and independently develop and execute research studies that span different phases
- Identify the right research methodologies and execute with rigor
- Collaborate closely with other UX researchers to leverage and build upon knowledge
- Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways
- Generate insights that shape how product teams think about short, medium, and long-term product strategy
- MA/MS/PhD in a human behavior related field (HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Information Science, etc.)
- 5+ years experience in applied product research
- Previous experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
