Responsibilities

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating products that provide meaningful and relevant experiences to users. This involves designing the entire process of acquiring and integrating the product, including branding, usability, and functionality.

• Understand product needs, goals, and constraints to make UX recommendations
• Conduct research to identify customer pain points and wish list to enhance UX
• Collaborate with the development team to produce innovative solutions for UX issues and improvements
• Prepare design documents, interactive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using software tools
• Adopt a user-centric design approach in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions for complex problems
• Create usable assets that conform to design guidelines for platforms like iOS, Android, and Web
• Stay updated on the latest frameworks, industry trends, and technologies related to UX and apply them effectively

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of UX design experience
• Strong understanding of psychology and human behavior for meaningful UX design
• Relevant education, experience, or training demonstrating required skills
• Solid understanding of UI and interaction design principles with attention to detail and consistency
• Experience with Sketch is an advantage
• Organized, self-motivated, precise, and capable of producing accurate work with minimal supervision
• Passionate about UX, design, and innovation
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills

Preferred Portfolio

• Samples demonstrating UI/UX improvements, ideally with before-and-after comparisons and usage data
• Documentation of the work process from conception to final product
• Tools used at each stage, such as wireframing, designing, mockup creation, developer handoff, and analytics
