Job summary

A dynamic production company in Singapore is seeking an HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource with at least 2 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, knowledge of employment laws, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse set of HR tasks from recruitment to employee support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant HR experience in a varied HR functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of Employment Act and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment and employee relations.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment cycle and onboarding process.
  • Support employees with HR policies and employee relations matters.
  • Process work pass applications and liaise with Ministry of Manpower.
  • Coordinate training programs and maintain employee database.

Job Description & Requirements
  • Manage full spectrum of HR function in areas of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, report preparation & submission, etc
  • Manage end to end recruitment cycle including sourcing, arranging interview, salary proposal, on boarding process/orientation and exit interview.
  • Assist to manage employees’ matters in areas of compensation matters, appraisal for annual increment and performance bonus.
  • Manage HR Administrative duties in areas of preparation of all HR related letters, insurance, maintaining HR Documentation, etc
  • Processing and timely submission of Form IR21, NS claims, maternity claims, childcare claims, IR21, IR8A etc
  • Support employees in consultative guidance/mediation on HR policies, practices, and employee relations matters
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding & offboarding matters including but not limited to email, door access, documents and uniform
  • Process work pass applications, renewal & cancellations and liaise with Ministry of Manpower for work pass related issues.
  • Provide prompt update and accurate maintenance of employee database, organization charts, personal files as well as medical check-up and work pass renewals.
  • Assist in coordinating in training programme and liaise with nominated trainees on training requirements.
  • Preparation and submission of statutory, WICA and other relevant HR reports
  • Fulfil any government reporting requirements.

  • Government ad hoc survey on wages or retrenchment
  • General office administration and management
  • Manage and supervise the work of HR admin assistants
  • To undertake other HR function and ad-hoc assignments or duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement & Professional Qualifications
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource with at least 2 years of relevant HR experience
