To support administrative and IT functions within a maid agency operating under the CEI certification framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit payments and manage financial records
  • Maintain office files, documents, and databases

  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation
  • Perform general office duties
IT Support Duties
  • Provide basic tech support for office computers, printers, and equipment
  • Assist staff with IT systems, software, and troubleshooting
  • Ensure software updates are installed on all office devices
  • Support e-filing and digital document management
Qualifications
