Provide first-level IT support to end-users via in-person, phone, or email.
Deliver excellent customer service by resolving technical issues promptly and professionally.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Set up and support audio and video equipment for meetings and events.
Assist in operating and maintaining AV systems, including projectors, microphones, and video conferencing tools
Manage IT asset issuance, tracking, and documentation.
Log all support activities in the ticketing system with accurate records.
Collaborate with IT team members and participate in user training or onboarding support.
