Job summary
A local staffing agency in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service cum IT Support professional to assist with administrative tasks and provide IT support. Responsibilities include managing financial records, updating client and employee records, and providing tech support. CEI certification is mandatory for this role. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- CEI Certification required for Maid Agency operations.
- Experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Audit payments and manage financial records.
- Provide basic tech support for office computers and equipment.
- Maintain office files, documents, and databases.

To support administrative and IT functions within a maid agency operating under the CEI certification framework.
