Part Time HR Coordinator [Stat Board | City Hall]
Job summary
A leading company in communications and cybersecurity in Singapore is seeking talents to join their team. The role involves scheduling interviews, tracking candidates, and liaising with HR. Ideal candidates have a diploma and good communication skills. The position requires immediate availability and offers a commitment of at least 6 months. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Prior relevant experience in the job scope would be an advantage.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
Responsibilities
- Put up advertisements in online portals and liaise with recruitment agencies.
- Track candidates in Excel and follow up on any matters.
- Administer tests as part of the selection process.

- Put up advertisement in online portal / liaise with recruitment agencies
- Liaise with hiring divisions and internal HR on interview dates
- Call candidates to schedule interview sessions
- Administer tests as part of the selection process
- Follow up with candidates on any other matters
- Tracking of candidates in excel
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Min diploma in any discipline
- Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior relevant experience in the job scope would be an advantage
- Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment
- Able to start immediately or within short notice
- Mondays – Fridays, 8.30am – 6pm (1hr lunch break) - activation basis
- Min 6 months commitment
- City Hall MRT Station
