The Position;

Our client is a leading established base metals commodity firm with offices in Singapore and across Asia. They are seeking an ambitious HR Manager to join their expanding commodities business in Singapore. The ideal background of the candidate would be someone who has the full spectrum of HR operations and processes and ideally coming from a commodities background. This person will be working directly with the Head of HR and CEO of the business in order to execute key initiatives across recruiting, setting up SOP’s, enhanced employee engagement and improving performance management across all areas of the business.

The Requirements;
  • At least 5+ years in HR or HR procedures, HR Best Practice.
  • Degree Qualified with relevant certificate in employee management or as a Human Resources Professional.
  • Experience in areas but not limited to equal employment opportunities, strategic HR management and planning.
  • Human resources planning and retention.
  • Recruitment and understanding of the labour laws in Singapore.
  • Work in close contact with the senior management and C-suite on strategy and ground execution.
