We are helping a well established Tech MNC looking for a proactive and capable HR Manager (HRBP) to join the Semiconductor business unit in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary HR Business Partner for the unit, supporting around 150 employees.
• Partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives and employee engagement.
• Provide guidance on performance management, talent development, employee relations, and other HR matters.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team when hiring needs arise.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Director.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of HRBP experience
• Ability to work independently, proactive, hardworking, and eager to learn.
• Mandarin is required due to the need to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts and the need to prepare HR documentation and reports in Chinese
