Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Develop and execute robust recruitment strategies to attract top‑tier talent aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding procedures.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and strategize recruitment efforts.
- HR Operations Management:
- Lead and manage HR operational functions, including payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Employee Engagement and Development:
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Facilitate training and development programs to nurture employee skills and career growth.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable remuneration packages.
- Collaborate with finance to manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy in compensation‑related matters.
- HR Strategy and Compliance:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and long‑term organizational goals.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a company with 200+ employees.
- In‑depth knowledge of Singaporean employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or relevant field; HR certifications are advantageous.
