Job description
Main responsibilities include but not limited to following:
  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to end-to-end recruitment, compensation & benefits, employees’ engagement & relations, performance management and training & development, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s labour laws and company policies
  • Liaise with authorities (MOM, MAS, CPF, IRAS, MINDEF etc.) in handling HR related matters
  • Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn, recruiters, and professional networks, to source qualified candidates
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Liaising with third party vendor for payroll and bonus processing and ensure timely accurate payment
  • Working knowledge of Times Pro HR system is an advantage
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees
  • Handle complains, disputes and grievances of staff
  • Provide support as a backup for general administrative and PA tasks
  • Handle any other tasks and duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  1. Minimum Diploma in HR or equivalent
  2. At least 8 years of hands-on HR generalist experience with a strong understanding of Singapore labor laws and employment regulations
  3. Possess in-depth knowledge of statutory requirements (e.g. Employment Act, CPF Act, Income Tax Regulations)
  4. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretionExcellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  5. Able to multi-task, have good time management and sense of accountability
  6. Strong interpersonal skills
  7. Thrives in a fast-paced environment
