Job Responsibilities
  • Design and develop internal HR policy in support of Company’s goals and operations requirement
  • Oversee complete recruitment process
  • Internal payroll processing
  • Support with performance reviews and salary reviews
  • Organising and promoting employee engagement activities
  • Improve current HR practices
  • Drive the implementation of HR initiatives with support of Directors
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in HR
  • Good knowledge of HR best practices and policies
  • Demonstrates a high level of ethical behavior
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive attitude with proven ability to implement solutions to problems
  • Ability to manage diverse teams
