A technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation and management of storage infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, specifically within storage solutions such as PowerEdge, PowerScale, VMAX, and PowerMax. Responsibilities include planning, execution, stakeholder management, and risk management. The role requires a bachelor's degree and a proven track record in project delivery, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management (Min. 8 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and Jira.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Job Description: Lead the implementation and management of our storage infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various storage solutions, including PowerEdge, PowerScale, VMAX, and PowerMax. They will be responsible for providing technical expertise, managing projects, and ensuring seamless integration of storage systems.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Execution & Delivery
- Lead project teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet changing requirements.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts to maintain positive relationships.

- Ability to compare and contrast structured and unstructured data, as well as data management and security features.
- Experience with VMAX and PowerMax array models, including configuration options and hardware components.
- Strong understanding of the physical architecture of Isilon and its OneFS operating system.
- Ability to explain PowerScale concepts and their relevance to storage management.
- Excellent communication and training skills to develop and deliver technical sessions.
- Strong project management skills to lead storage infrastructure projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
