Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager/Assistant Manager to drive organization-wide reward policies. The ideal candidate will manage annual pay reviews, conduct salary analytics, and work with senior stakeholders. Candidates with 5–8 years of HR experience and a degree in HR or Business are encouraged to apply. This is a 12-month renewable contract offering a competitive salary up to $8,000/month.

Position Details

Govt Project Exposure
Location: Mapletree Business City (Labrador Park MRT)
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, Office Hours
Contract: 12 months (renewable)
Salary: Up to $8,000/month + statutory benefits & Leave

Responsibilities
  • Drive annual pay review cycles & bonuses
  • Conduct benchmarking, salary analytics & internal parity checks
  • Review compensation frameworks & policy alignment
  • Support end-to-end performance processes
  • Provide advisory on performance evaluations & reward decisions
  • Recommend improvements for fairness and governance
  • Develop and refresh HR policies and guidelines
  • Strengthen compliance with local labour legislation
  • Standardise HR processes across business units
  • Work with senior stakeholders, HRBPs & cross-functional teams
  • Manage vendor relationships and consultant deliverables
Qualifications
  • Degree in HR / Business or relevant field
  • 5–8 years of HR experience, strong grounding in C&B
  • Singaporean only
