A leading education institution in Singapore is seeking a Vice Principal for Early Childhood Education and Inclusive Practice. This full-time hybrid role involves overseeing curriculum development, educational leadership, and managing communication while fostering inclusive learning environments. The ideal candidate requires a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and experience across the age range of 0-6 years. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are preferred.
Vice Principal, Early Childhood Education and Inclusive Practice at KLC International Institute. This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Vice Principal, Early Childhood Education and Inclusive Practice at KLC International Institute. The Vice Principal will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of curriculum for teachers training, providing educational leadership, managing communication, adopting new technology and leading research and new developments in inclusive practices. Some remote work is acceptable for this role.
Your responsibilities will include a balance of instructional and administrative responsibilities for the overall operations of the school.
Assist the Principal to oversee the professional development of academic staff, especially to keep them abreast of latest educational development and inclusive practice.
Ensure the efficient scheduling of teaching staff.
Develop new curriculum and assessment methods with team to meet the changing needs of the early childhood education landscape.
Oversee the day to day operations of the school in compliance to requirements and SOPs.
Support and ensure the well‑being of students and the timeliness and quality of their learning and assignments.
Sustain high staff engagement within the department and across the entire company in accordance to company values.
Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field is a minimum requirement.
Experience in early childhood education is a must with preference for entire age range from 0-6 year‑old.
Passion for creating inclusive learning environments.
Able to lead curriculum development and educational research.
Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
