About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office & HR Manager to oversee daily office operations and manage all human resource functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth administrative processes, compliance with employment regulations, and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office administration, including supplies, facilities, and general maintenance.
  • Manage end-to-end HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and staff records.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Administer employee relations, welfare, and performance management.
  • Coordinate training, staff engagement, and appraisal programs.
  • Support management in HR planning, reporting, and policy implementation.
  • Liaise with external vendors, government agencies, and service providers when required.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in office management and HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices.
