Administrative Assistant jobs in Singapore

What You'll Do:

1. Perform daily operational duties for Manual and Remote reading related activities via the various meter reading and billing systems and following up with relevant parties to resolve daily operational issues.
2. Perform User acceptance testing for meter reading and billing system changes and upgrade activities.
3. Perform administrative duties such as monthly statistics for payment related and meter reading related reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
4. Attend to enquiries via Case Activities, telephone and emails.
5. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

What You'll Need:

1. Diploma from a recognized institute.
2. Possess good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
3. Possess good knowledge in SAP system would be advantageous.
4. Able to work well both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
5. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Meticulous and able to meet deadlines.
