Job summary
A materials company in Singapore is seeking a candidate to support the Regional Sales Team. Responsibilities include interfacing with customers, managing quotations, and generating sales reports. The ideal candidate is a degree holder with at least 2 years of experience, strong computer skills, and effective communication abilities. Experience with SAP is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in Planning is a value add.

- Render support to the Regional Sales Team.

- Generate and update sales report/forecast.

Responsibilities
- Rendering support to the Regional Sales Team
- Interfacing with customers on quotation, sales terms, lead time, sales order, shipping schedule
- Raise sample requisition for customers
- Process order entry and goods return
- Attend to customers’ queries, complaints, return and feedback
- Generating and updating sales report/forecast and delivery schedule
- Conference call meeting with sales supervisor, managers and customers when necessary
Requirement
- Degree holder with minimum 2 years’ experience in similar capacity
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong computer skill is essential; experience in SAP will be added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priority/task effectively and complete task efficiently
- Processes maturity, a good teamwork and good communication skill with positive approach towards satisfying customers’ needs and requirements.
