We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Analyst & Administrator to join our team. This role combines technical expertise in system analysis with hands-on administration of IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will excel at evaluating business requirements, designing efficient system solutions, and ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of our IT environment.

• System Analysis
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
  • Evaluate existing systems, identify inefficiencies, and propose process or technical improvements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and perform impact analysis for proposed system changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align system solutions with organizational goals.
• System Administration
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and business applications.
  • Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security policies.
  • Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents in a timely manner.
  • Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery planning, and patch management.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security standards and regulatory requirements.

• Technical Skills
  • Proficiency with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
  • Knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
  • Experience managing databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Hands-on experience with system monitoring and automation tools (e.g., Nagios, Ansible, PowerShell).
• Analytical & Problem-Solving
  • Strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues.
  • Excellent documentation and system design skills.
  • Critical thinking for root cause analysis and continuous optimization.
• Soft Skills
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Effective time management and prioritization under pressure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in system analysis and administration.
• Proven track record of supporting enterprise-level IT environments.
• Strong understanding of IT security practices and compliance requirements.
• Chinese speaking as you will be communicating with chinese counterparts.
