Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in executive support, HR administration, or office management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage HR activities, including payroll, leave tracking, and attendance monitoring.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: posting roles, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in line with local regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate staff engagement programs, training initiatives, and performance reviews.
  • Work with external vendors, service providers, and government bodies on HR and office-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and organizational policies.
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies and facility needs while managing costs effectively.
  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and conference arrangements.
  • Organize international and local travel plans, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Handle visa applications, renewals, and documentation for CEO business travel.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting documents for executive use.
  • Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and correspondence, responding when appropriate on behalf of the CEO.

Requirements
