Regional Product Marketing Manager (office solutions)

Responsibilities
B2B & B2C Product Marketing
- Lead regional execution of B2B marketing initiatives and develop and localise contents
- Collaborate with sales offices and regional partners to implement industry-specific GTM plans
- Support reseller training and partner enablement with solution integration
- Experience in conducting product testing to identify strengths, gaps, and unique selling propositions
- Translate findings into customer-facing content for use in retail and eCommerce channels
- Work with sales offices to adapt promotions and sales content for local markets
- Possess experience in eCommerce selling
- Apply strategic thinking to product sales performance and inventory planning, working with internal teams to align product positioning, forecast demand trends, and ensure supply availability supports marketing campaigns and business targets
Loyalty Marketing
- Coordinate test marketing initiatives tied to customer retention, CRM-based loyalty campaigns, and post-purchase strategies
- Gather and consolidate regional insights on loyalty effectiveness
- Align with HQ Connect and Halo strategies to deliver cohesive customer engagement experiences
Sales Office Collaboration
- Act as a central point of contact for product marketing between HQ and 10 Asia-Pacific sales offices
- Build strong working relationships with local sales and marketing teams to understand market needs and respond with appropriate solutions
- Compile, analyse, and report back regional insights and data require.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT or a related field.
- Experience in the office solutions industry is required.
- Min. 10 years of relevant experience in product marketing or segment marketing.
- Regional exposure managing multi-country stakeholders in Southeast Asia or East Asia is a strong advantage.
- A solid understanding of B2B marketing models.
- Experience with loyalty/CRM-based marketing.
- Experience collaborating with channel partners, distributors, or system integrators in Asia will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with print solution software will be an advantage.
