Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BIM Services Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and expand our client base. This role is pivotal in promoting our BIM solutions, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Bimxity's BIM services.

· Identify and engage potential clients in the construction and design industries.

· Present tailored BIM solutions to meet client needs, including offsite deployment, modeling, and coordination services.

· Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

· Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or BIM industry.

· Strong understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and its applications.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
