Job Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and responsible Account Executive to manage financial operations related to both sales and manufacturing activities. The role involves reviewing sales transactions, supporting cost and inventory accounting for the manufacturing center, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Business Review

  • Review and verify sales orders, contracts, and invoices to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Monitor sales revenue recognition, discounts, and receivables management.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

2. Manufacturing Finance Management

  • Handle cost accounting, production cost analysis, and inventory valuation.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for the manufacturing center.
  • Analyze variances between actual and standard costs, providing insights for performance improvement.

3. Financial Reporting & Internal Control

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and audit requirements.
  • Provide financial data and analysis to support management decision-making.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with sales, production, and procurement departments to optimize financial processes and data accuracy.
  • Participate in financial system enhancements or ERP module implementation projects.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or other professional accounting certificate or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, cost accounting, and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments.
Preferred
