We deliver the ocean’s finest to leading restaurants, hotels, catering firms, and food distributors in Singapore and the region.

Job Description

We are looking for passionate and driven Key Account Executives to grow our B2B segment, particularly within the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers), premium grocers, and aviation catering (e.g., SATS). You will play a critical role in expanding our footprint in the foodservice market, managing sales pipelines, and nurturing long-term client partnerships.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, manage, and grow key B2B accounts in the HORECA and foodservice sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with chefs, procurement officers, and F&B managers.
  • Generate leads and present our premium seafood products to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Create and execute account development plans and promotional strategies.
  • Work with logistics to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, culinary events, and industry tastings.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or foodservice distribution.
  • Existing network in HORECA, foodservice, or hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge and interest in premium and perishable food products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organisational skills and high accountability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents preferred.
  • Immediate availability or short notice period is a plus.
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • Occasional evening or weekend events or client meetings
