A technology company in Selangor is seeking IT Software Developers for immediate hiring. Candidates will build responsive user interfaces and develop server-side logic while optimizing applications. The position welcomes various experience levels, emphasizing skills in frontend and backend development, including frameworks like React and Node.js. Successful applicants will collaborate closely with designers and lead junior developers. This is a fully onsite role with multiple openings available.
Qualifications

- For senior roles, experience with architecture and performance optimization.

- Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces with modern frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js).
- Develop server-side logic, APIs, and manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with designers and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Lead or mentor junior developers (for senior/full-stack roles) and help shape project architecture.
- Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js) and backend development (Node.js, Django, .NET).
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and basic DevOps tools (Docker, AWS, CI/CD).
- For senior roles: experience with architecture design, performance optimization, and cross-platform apps (React Native/Flutter). Bonus if you have game engine experience (Unity/Phaser.js).
