Engineer/ Senior Engineer, System Application & Energy Solutions

Join us in revolutionizing energy efficiency! Your role will include:

• Engaging Presentations: Deliver dynamic Energy Solution presentations, addressing technical designs and financial queries.
• Data Collection & Analysis: Gather critical chiller performance data on-site during initial audits to determine BAU air conditioning system efficiency and annual cooling usage (RTHr).
• System Redesign: Redesign chilled water systems to achieve top-tier ASHRAE efficiency standards.
• Project Optimization: Resize chillers, pumps, and cooling towers; compile cost-effective quotations.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze Daikin and client cash flows, focusing on electrical savings and payback periods.
• 24-Hour Efficiency Analysis: Assess chilled water system efficiency based on load profiles.
• Detailed Energy Audits: Conduct comprehensive on-site audits and confirm design parameters.
• Proposal Development: Create detailed, binding proposals tailored to client business models, including Outright Purchase, Performance Guarantee, Shared Savings, Fixed and Variable Fee, and Chilled Water selling RM/RTHr.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics) or equivalent qualifications with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or second class upper.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers and internal teams (management, colleagues, sales, operations).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience related to air-conditioning knowledge and application in design, with expertise in electro-mechanical components and system integration.
• Familiarity with programming on Siemens BMS Controllers and HVAC applications is an added advantage.
