About the job J2EE | Web Developer | Basic RM7000-RM9000

About this Role:

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining high-performing enterprise web applications and eCommerce website, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to solve complex technical challenges.

Basic Salary: RM7000-RM9000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Application Development: Exposure in developing and supportingJ2EE web application and eCommerce website. Able to build and implement new features, and ensure application/website are optimized for performance and security.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to meet users requirements and expectations. Ensuring project is delivered on time and budget
  • Stake holders Interaction: Engage with stake holders to understand their needs and provide technical advice and solutions. Communicate effectively to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and progress.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of eCommerce sites. Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies and best practices. Proactively suggest improvements and innovations to enhance the quality and performance of eCommerce solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a web developer, with a strong focus one Commerce platforms.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing projects on Magento and/or Adobe Commerce Cloud.
  • Familiar withJ2EE Programming, Spring Boot, Microservice's , Thymeleaf, git, CSS, javacript, ajax, Google Cloud, Kurbenetes, CICD.
  • Strong understanding ofJ2EE applications and the design frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Magento and/or Adobe Commerce (or other eCommerce platform) Cloud architecture, modules, and themes.
  • Candidate who has hand-on experience on other ecommerce platform (Shopify, Woo Commerce, Big Commerce, etc) can be considered also.
  • Extensive experience in PHP programming is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks and debugging techniques.
  • Work location: Bukit Jalil (nearby Pavilion Bukit Jalil)
