Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service and Application Engineer, based in Malaysia. The engineer will be responsible for providing field service, troubleshooting, and technical support for customers. Key responsibilities include addressing and resolving technical issues, maintaining and repairing equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding customer service.
