Job Details

• Position: Warehouse Assistant.
• Salary: RM 1800-2500.
• Location: Port Klang (West Port, North Port), Selangor.
• Company Industry: International logistics and freight forwarding services.

Responsibilities

This role is to provide support the operation activities of the Third party logistics (3PL) warehouse. The work place will be at the warehouse, working under the supervision of Supervisor. The Warehouse Assistant/Clerk will be responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt of goods/cargoes into and out the internal system and ensuring orders are processed according to customers specifications. In this role, you will ensure that shipments are assigned timely and accurately. The role will involve arranging export shipments from collection through to shipment, arrange import deliveries and raise billing/invoice for payments.

• Perform cargo loading and unloading.
• Perform physical counts, tally and surface inspection of cargo upon receiving/delivery.
• Store cargoes in proper location assigned within the warehouse.
• Perform cargo issuance.
• Pick, pack and dispatch of cargo according to ownership and destinations.

Qualifications

• Malaysian, male or female.
• Qualification: SPM or Diploma.
• At least one year experience in warehouse operation role, preferably in 3PL facilities.
• Able to demonstrate good literacy/numerical skills.
• Proficient in BM plus able understand basic English.
• Computer literate.
• Must be willing to be stationed within the warehouse premises.
