Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

• To efficiently ensure issuance of material is done in a timely manner.

• Issuance of raw materials to production according to IRS.

• Affecting transaction in the system after issuance.

• To maintain housekeeping.

• To arrange materials according to designated bay and by status of materials. e.g materials for QA's inspection should be placed at quarantine bay and rejected materials should be placed at reject area.

• Periodic stock count including reporting variances during this exercise.

• To return/submit relevant documents to the appropriate section head/person after processing e.g., suppliers delivery order and etc.

• To issue materials to production in a timely manner.

• To perform transaction in iScala for materials issuance.

• To follow the FIFO rule when issuing materials.

• To assist in receiving (when required)

• To assist in preparing receiving documents (when required)

Health, Safety and Environment

• Carry out duties in accordance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy Policy, procedure and SOP.

• To inform supervisor of any Health, Safety and Environmental problems or suggestions for improvement.

• To be aware of Health, Safety and Environmental Policy and Hazards, Risk and significant aspects-impacts associated with their work activities.

• Responsible for all activities related to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Energy.

Requirements

• Min SPM or equivalent competence gained in other ways

• At least 4 years' experience working in a warehouse environment

• Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office

• Able to communicate effectively

• Possess strong character

• To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
