  • Ensure safety of people, stocks, infrastructure and equipment.
  • Perform system material maintenance and updates.

Job description

To assist manager, Line leader and team leader to perform day to day operational activities/ ad hoc project, and ensure that task carried out in accordance to SOPs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish close working relationships with all Operational Business department, Section Heads, Marketplace team and Client Services Team in communication, development and follow up on inventory/ complaint issues/ parcel dispute/ trade return collection/ SAP transactions/ UAT scenario related to marketplace.
  • To make sure that all the short expiry/ expired stocks are consolidate into dedicated lock and cage locations
  • To ensure that all scrap note that to be disposed are sent for destruction.
  • To perform system material maintenance and update upon request.
  • To monitor stock on hand and investigate root cause of stock discrepancy reported by internal customers and initiate corrective action.
  • Work closely with line leader, team leader and managers to ensure daily activities are completed without delay.
  • Deliver agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • To ensure safety of people, stocks, infrastructure and equipment is observed at all time.
  • To ensure and maintain good housekeeping and 5S.
  • Perform other duties as assigned when required.
