Job Description
- Develop and implement revenue strategies for the hotel.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to adjust strategies.
- Lead weekly/bi-weekly Revenue Management meetings, providing insights based on reports.
- Develop topline revenue forecasts and seek opportunities to increase profits across all revenue centers.
- Conduct performance reviews and optimize pricing and inventory.
- Mentor and develop junior team members in revenue management.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and front office teams to meet revenue goals.
- Manage reservations effectively and coordinate with the reservations team.
- Drive market share within your competitive set and optimize RevPAR using all systems.
- Leverage knowledge of distribution channels, including online travel agencies and networks, to maximize profits.
- Ensure data quality and system hygiene of Revenue Management and Distribution tools used by the hotel.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in revenue management roles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic decision-making ability.
- Proficiency in revenue management principles.
- Experience with IDeaS Revenue Management Platform is highly desirable.
- Understanding of distribution landscape, online travel agencies, and market trends.
- Collaborative, forward-thinking mindset with a passion for elevating revenue management practices.
