Job Description
  1. Develop and implement revenue strategies for the hotel.
  2. Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to adjust strategies.
  3. Lead weekly/bi-weekly Revenue Management meetings, providing insights based on reports.
  4. Develop topline revenue forecasts and seek opportunities to increase profits across all revenue centers.
  5. Conduct performance reviews and optimize pricing and inventory.
  6. Mentor and develop junior team members in revenue management.
  7. Collaborate with sales, finance, and front office teams to meet revenue goals.
  8. Manage reservations effectively and coordinate with the reservations team.
  9. Drive market share within your competitive set and optimize RevPAR using all systems.
  10. Leverage knowledge of distribution channels, including online travel agencies and networks, to maximize profits.
  11. Ensure data quality and system hygiene of Revenue Management and Distribution tools used by the hotel.
Qualifications
  1. 1-3 years of experience in revenue management roles.
  2. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  3. Strong analytical skills and strategic decision-making ability.
  4. Proficiency in revenue management principles.
  5. Experience with IDeaS Revenue Management Platform is highly desirable.
  6. Understanding of distribution landscape, online travel agencies, and market trends.
  7. Collaborative, forward-thinking mindset with a passion for elevating revenue management practices.
