Job summary
A multinational automobile manufacturer in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Secretary to the Group Director of HR. The role involves scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems. Ideal candidates should have a diploma and at least 3 years of experience in a secretarial position, along with strong communication skills in Mandarin. Competitive remuneration is offered.

Our client is a Japanese multinational automobile manufacturer and is also one of the largest automobile manufacturers in the world.
- Schedule meetings, events and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other documentation as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Develop and maintain filing system.
- Prepare and edit reports, memos, and presentations.
- Handle other administration duties.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a secretarial role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly detailed-oriented and organized.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin.
- Able to travel for meetings.
- RM4,000 - RM6,000
