Job summary

A dynamic software company is looking for IT Support to facilitate communication between users and developers. The role involves testing software applications, training users, and troubleshooting hardware and network issues. Candidates should hold a Diploma in IT or Computer Science, have at least 1 year of experience in software support, and should possess strong communication and troubleshooting skills. A valid driving licence is required due to travel needs.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused IT Support to join our dynamic software team. You will be the bridge between users and developers, ensuring smooth operation, support, testing, and training of our applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the intermediary between end-users and developers
• Perform software application quality testing
• Conduct user training and prepare documentation
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving desktop/workstation hardware, IT accessories (printers, scanners, barcode devices), and LAN network connectivity
• Provide support for software applications (POS, Accounting, MRP, etc.)
• Offer strong customer service and build good relationships with clients

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in IT / Computer Science or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in software application support
• Troubleshooting skills in computers and networking
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills & a pleasant personality
• Possess a valid driving licence (travel required)
• Malaysian citizen or valid residence status
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience supporting end-user computing environments is an advantage
