Job summary

A dynamic software company is looking for IT Support to facilitate communication between users and developers. The role involves testing software applications, training users, and troubleshooting hardware and network issues. Candidates should hold a Diploma in IT or Computer Science, have at least 1 year of experience in software support, and should possess strong communication and troubleshooting skills. A valid driving licence is required due to travel needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in IT / Computer Science or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in software application support.
• Possess a valid driving licence (travel required).
• Experience supporting end-user computing environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the intermediary between end-users and developers.
• Perform software application quality testing.
• Conduct user training and prepare documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving desktop/workstation hardware.
• Provide support for software applications (POS, Accounting, MRP, etc.).
• Offer strong customer service and build good relationships with clients.
