A retail service company is seeking Mystery Shoppers in Malaysia to enhance customer experiences. This role involves conducting in-store visits, engaging with staff, and providing feedback based on structured audits. Ideal candidates are observant Malaysians aged 18 or above with strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The position offers a flexible schedule with payment per visit ranging from RM20 to RM50, depending on experience.

Are you observant, detail-oriented, and love exploring retail experiences? PRISM+ is looking for Mystery Shoppers to help us elevate our customer experience. You’ll visit our retail outlets, interact with staff as a regular customer, and provide honest, constructive feedback that directly improves our service and operations.
- Conduct in-store visits to engage with retail associates and observe customer interactions.
- Complete structured audits covering Customer Experience, Product Knowledge & Processes, Personal Appearance, and Store Management.
- Capture relevant photos/videos and submit reports immediately after each visit.
- Highlight areas for improvement to help our retail team excel.
- Receive training and guidance to perform audits effectively.
- Malaysian citizen, 18 years and above.
- Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or higher is an advantage.
- Excellent observation, communication, and writing skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to follow instructions precisely.
- Independent and able to travel to assigned retail outlets.
- No conflict of interest with PRISM+ or its retail partners.
- Experience with electronic products is a plus.
- Duration: 30–60 minutes per outlet visit.
- Schedule: Weekly, flexible, assignment-based (no fixed date/time).
- Workload: 1–2 outlets per day.
- Payment: RM20 - RM50 (depending on your experience) per outlet visit.
