As our Translator – China Market Focus, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations through strong proficiency in both Chinese and English.

The role involves translating Chinese resumes into English, drafting professional English emails, and translating a wide range of marketing and communications materials to ensure effective engagement with our Chinese-speaking clients.

This is a full‑time, hybrid position based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, with the flexibility to work from home once you have become familiar with your responsibilities and workflows.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Translating Chinese resumes, internal documents, and client‑facing materials into English, and vice versa when required
• Drafting and translating professional business emails and correspondence in English and Chinese
• Ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all translated materials
• Proofreading and editing translations to maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism
• Working closely with internal teams to understand context and ensure translations meet business needs
• Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent written and verbal proficiency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Proven experience in translation, particularly in resumes, business documents, and professional correspondence
