Brand Management
- Implement and maintain SANY brand guidelines to ensure all marketing and communication materials comply with Group brand standards;
- Ensure consistency in visual identity, messaging, and tone across all online and offline communication materials;
- Support brand localization initiatives tailored to the New Australia Region while maintaining alignment with Group brand strategies.
Public Relations & Media Relations
- Develop and execute public relations plans to enhance brand exposure and reputation locally and within the industry;
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry associations, and external stakeholders;
- Draft and distribute press releases, media statements, leadership speeches, and Q&A materials;
- Coordinate media coverage for major company announcements, product launches, project milestones, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Content Development & Corporate Communications
- Create and manage internal and external communication content, including press releases, case studies, brochures, presentations, internal newsletters, and corporate updates;
- Support internal communications such as employee announcements, company news, and internal campaigns;
- Coordinate multilingual content (English / Malay / Chinese) translation to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Manage and update company social media platforms in accordance with brand and PR strategies;
- Monitor online media coverage, brand visibility, and public sentiment;
- Collaborate with internal teams or external vendors to continuously enhance online brand presence and engagement.
Events & CSR Support
- Support exhibitions, product launches, customer events, press conferences, and major corporate events;
- Manage event-related branding materials, media invitations, and post-event publicity;
- Assist in planning and promoting CSR initiatives to strengthen the company’s public image.

Internal & External Coordination
- Liaise with Group Headquarters (China) on brand and PR-related matters to ensure compliance and smooth communication;
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, HR, Project, and other departments to identify business highlights and market success stories;
- Provide support for crisis communications and emergency response when required.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track media coverage, PR activities, and brand exposure performance;
- Prepare regular brand and PR analysis reports for management review.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related fields.
Work Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in brand management, public relations, or corporate communications;
- Experience in industrial equipment, construction machinery, heavy equipment, or B2B industries is an advantage.
Professional Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa and/or Chinese is an advantage;
- Solid understanding of brand management, public relations, and media operations;
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination abilities;
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools.
